Job Description
Arrow's Phoenix Integration facility has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Quality Engineer. In this role you will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure consistent and sustainable quality results.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintain and improve quality system and documentation. Assist with internal auditing and maintaining quality certifications. In collaboration with various departments, identify and implement process improvements through data and risk analysis. Complete thorough root cause analysis to implement robust corrective actions when quality issue arises. Communicate professionally and promptly with customers. Train on quality related areas, such as ESD, 6S, and other lean methodologies. Conduct presentations to co-workers, managers, stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership. Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
What We're Looking For
Engineering Degree preferred with three or four-year diploma. 2 to 3 years of related experience Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Able to work independently and to collaborate with different stakeholders. Strong presentation and communication skills
