Position: Quality Engineer I Job Description: Arrow's Phoenix Integration facility has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Quality Engineer. In this role you will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure consistent and sustainable quality results. What You'll Be Doing: Maintain and improve quality system and documentation. Assist with internal auditing and maintaining quality certifications. In collaboration with various departments, identify and implement process improvements through data and risk analysis. Complete thorough root cause analysis to implement robust corrective actions when quality issue arises. Communicate professionally and promptly with customers. Train on quality related areas, such as ESD, 6S, and other lean methodologies. Conduct presentations to co-workers, managers, stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership.
