Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and SMEs; define acceptance criteria, contribute to automation roadmap, and support deployability and maintainability
Must-have skills
Strong experience in automated testing design and execution (functional, regression, performance)
Proficiency in backend/database programming; ability to design complex test scenarios
Ability to work with Agile teams, develop test automation backlog, and implement continuous deployment strategies
Documentation and communication skills; adherence to quality standards and project plans
Nice-to-haves
Experience building cross-stack automation libraries; familiarity with industry automation standards
