Role Summary
To provide a complete and comprehensive media check on content and system functionality for our clients based on the monthly processes and protocols as outlined.
Location: Dubai
Remote Options: This role will be on a hybrid work arrangement, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home.
Pre-requisite: Excellent communication skills both written and speaking Arabic and English.
What You’ll Be Doing
Monitor media encodes daily, ensuring timely delivery. Spot and report issues identified during testing at designated facilities. Adhere strictly to compliance measures for regional sensitivities. Work independently or collaboratively, depending on task requirements. Compile media files for update cycles, checking for defects. Approach tasks analytically and patiently to troubleshoot effectively. Test media alongside third-party software to ensure functionality before client release. Assist in training team members to broaden their product knowledge. Follow operational guidelines rigorously without deviation. Communicate with third parties and clients, in person and electronically, to achieve common goals. Ensure media delivery meets deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Access. Strong English grammar and spelling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with current media formats and trends. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus. General knowledge of popular TV, movies, and audio content.
