As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Establish testing strategies with the Engineers based on the scope and expectations. Lead and drive in-organization and cross-functional/locations teams collaboration and communications (including updates to the executives). Demonstrate technical knowledge, experience and thoughtful leadership to enhance test efficiency. Identify process gaps, develop and drive process improvement across the teams. Identify important quality Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and collaborate that to Engineering KPI, post-releases and software quality.
