Role & seniority: SDET – Test Automation, mid-level to senior contributor; full-time, on-site in São Paulo
Stack/tools: C# (primary); automation frameworks; API testing; UI automation (Playwright optional); CI/CD familiarity; API hooks/tools; experience with AWS/GCP a plus
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and tools
Build automated tests, API hooks, and tooling to improve reliability and coverage
Collaborate with dev/QA to define test strategies, analyze pipelines, and report quality metrics
2–4 years in SDET/quality-focused engineering; 6+ years overall software development
Strong proficiency in C#; JavaScript a plus
Experience with automation frameworks and API testing
Ability to analyze test data and guide quality decisions

Our São Paulo team works directly with global engineering stakeholders in English-speaking environments. Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site SDET – Test Automation role based in São Paulo. You will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to design scalable automation frameworks, improve test infrastructure, and influence product quality through data-driven insights.
This role is engineering-heavy and requires hands-on development experience. Success is defined by technical depth, framework quality, and measurable improvements to test coverage and execution efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with development teams to define test strategies and apply risk-based testing Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and supporting tools Build automated tests, API hooks, and tooling to improve reliability and coverage Analyze workflows and pipelines to identify efficiency improvements Implement metrics and reporting to communicate quality status and risk trends Contribute to sprint planning, technical discussions, and engineering reviews Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress and risks effectively Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience as an SDET, Software Tools Engineer, or similar role 6+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in C# (JavaScript experience is a plus) Solid experience with automation frameworks and API testing Ability to analyze test data and guide quality decisions Confidence collaborating with senior engineers and technical stakeholders Strong ownership mindset and commitment to sustainable engineering practices Nice to Have Experience building internal tools or custom automation frameworks Familiarity with Playwright or modern UI automation tools Experience with AWS or GCP Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and build system integration Performance testing experience Passion for video games and interactive systems
Compensation
Salary range: R$7.000 – R$9.000 (CLT) Benefits include meal voucher, transport voucher, medical/dental options, and insurance coverage.
