Create and execute test plans using grey-box concepts; identify test cases via interaction matrices and document in test plans

Must-have skills

Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Science Engineering

Job Description
Candidate is responsible for the validation efforts of customer's Over the Air product. The Candidate will write test procedures, perform test execution, and analyze results and review with Stake holders at subsystem level, Integration level and Perfmon level testing.
Essential Responsibilities
Using interaction matrices, identify relevant test cases / scenarios and document in a test plan Identify types of testing required, ranging from desktop verification, software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop testing, locomotive testing, and pilot fleet operation Develop test plans using “grey box testing” concepts Execute manual integration, system, and performance tests Develop, run, and maintain both manual and automated tests across multiple products Thoroughly document all work outputs. Hands on experience working in Requirement traceability matric(RTM). Active Reviewer for test plans & procedures, as well as for results. Creates, documents, and analyzes complex test cases and provides feedback and recommendations for product or design changes. Experience working with application lifecycle management tools and PLM tools (e.g., TestTrack Pro, HP Quality Center, IBM Rational CLM, etc.) Prepare and present technical results to internal and external customers as necessary Drive process improvement within the team to improve quality, cost, and time-to-market for development efforts Participates in final system integration and validation to identify functional problems. Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
