Assist in development and execution of test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications

Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Intern to join our team. As a Salesforce QA Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the quality assurance process of our Salesforce applications. You will work closely with our development and QA teams to ensure that our Salesforce solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications. Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report defects. Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to understand requirements and provide feedback on test coverage and testability. Document and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues. Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide updates on testing progress. Assist in the creation and maintenance of test data and test environments. Learn and apply best practices for Salesforce QA processes and tools. Qualifications Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and its components. Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or similar. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Previous internship or project experience in a QA role.
