Define and support automation test strategies aligned with business goals
Design and maintain reusable automated tests using UiPath and enterprise frameworks
Lead automation efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality across the SDLC, ensuring regulatory compliance
Create documentation to support consistent automation practices
Promote early feedback loops and continuous improvement in development
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager, and UiPath Test Suite
Experience with Selenium or similar automation frameworks
Proficiency in C# (Java is a plus)
Good understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience working in CI/CD environments, especially GitLab
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
