Salary: $39 - $48 / hour
Role & seniority: Test Engineer (Hardware), mid-level (2–4 years of related experience)
Stack/tools: hardware test planning, debugging and failure analysis; hardware bring-up and validation in lab/field; test processes; DFM/DFA review; remote access via terminal servers/switches; coordination with EMS for assembly/testing; knowledge of power design and voltage regulator concepts
Prepare test plans and test cases to validate new products and improve existing ones
Guide and support the team in debugging, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
Collaborate with engineering on power design, system bring-up, and design validation; perform hardware validation in lab/field
BS in Engineering or related field; 2–4 years of hardware test experience
Ability to design/create test plans and perform validation/verification
Strong debugging/troubleshooting and failure analysis capabilities
Experience with hardware bring-up, lab testing, and DFM/DFA review
Understanding of power design concepts and remote/test equipment/network setup
Advanced degree
Experience with EMS/test for product assembly and testing
Familiarity with remote connections/terminal servers and manufacturing/test processes
