for the Airport project.
Leads and manages a team of testers responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of airport ICT systems. Manages and oversees test strategies, test plans, test cases and manages the testing process to deliver high-quality solutions Develops and executes comprehensive test strategies, plans and test cases aligned with project requirements and business objectives Identifies and prioritizes testing activities to ensure effective coverage of functional, non-functional, and integration testing Leads and manages test execution activities, including functional testing, system integration testing, performance testing and security testing Monitors test progress, identifies and resolves issues and tracks defects Promotes and implements test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort Develops and maintains automated test scripts Tracks and manages defects using defect tracking tools Works closely with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes Communicates effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, developers and business analysts Provides regular updates on testing progress and status Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements innovative testing techniques Stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging testing technologies
