Role & seniority: Performance Tester, mid-level to senior; minimum 4+ years automated testing experience, at least 1 year in performance testing.
Stack/tools: Performance testing tools: JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, LoadRunner; programming: JavaScript, Python, Scala, or C#; version control: Git or SVN; CI/CD: Jenkins; API/SOA/JSON; Linux and Windows performance tuning; APM tools.
Design, plan and implement next-generation performance tests; build the performance testing environment.
Prepare scripts, execute tests, collect results with APM tools, and automate analysis within CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct root-cause analysis of performance problems and contribute to projects for clients across sectors.
4+ years in automated testing; 1+ year in performance testing
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, Python, Scala, C#
Git or SVN; CI tools (e.g., Jenkins)
Understanding of SOA, APIs and JSON
Linux and Windows performance tuning
Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities; solid performance testing methodology knowledge
Very good English for communication/documentation

Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in automated testing, at least 1 year of performance testing
Good knowledge of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Scala or C# Proficiency with Version Control Systems such as Git or SVN Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API technology, and JSON structure Linux and Windows performance tuning experience Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins) Ability to design and implement efficient tests Solid understanding of the performance testing methodology and tools Sharp, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Very good command of English for effective communication and documentation
