Responsibilities - ▪ Ensuring the overall quality of the deliverables and test sign-off will be the key responsibility ▪ Responsible for Testing the releases in Prod as part of business team ▪ Responsible for website testing and sign off. ▪ Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance ▪ Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
Desirable Competencies - ▪ Minimum 5- 12 years experience as Automation Engineer (Selenium + Java) ▪ Experience in Front end QA on ecommerce website. ▪ Well-versed with Agile methodology ▪ Good understanding of the Quality Assurance Process ▪ Must have - Selenium, Java, WebDriver, Playwright, JavaScript, Junit, TestNG, API Automation ▪ Good with Integration of application with Jenkin, Debugging & Coding in Java & Jenkin ▪ SDET's with hands-on experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases. ▪ Candidates with Product company experience / Ecommerce domain experience. ▪ Able to highlight the shortfalls in the current process and be able to suggest positive improvements ▪ Excellent in written and verbal communication. ▪ Should have business knowledge in the domains, you have worked in. ▪ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience.
