Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer/Sr. Software Engineer – Functional Testing- to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Perform functional and automation testing for insurance applications. Validate Risk and Liability calculations. Test Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) and Solvency Ratio calculations. Work on Java-based applications in AWS/Cloud environments. Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Design, execute, and maintain test cases and automation scripts. Support regression, integration, and system testing.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills

8+ years of experience in Functional and Automation Testing. Strong experience in Risk and Liability calculations testing. Knowledge of Solvency Capital Requirements and Solvency Ratio calculations. Experience in Insurance domain. Hands-on experience with Java applications. Experience working in AWS/Cloud environments. Experience working in Agile methodology.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD. API and database testing knowledge. Exposure to DevOps practices. Strong analytical and communication skills.
