About the Role We are looking for a senior QA leader to own and elevate quality across our enterprise SaaS platform. This role goes beyond test execution β you will define quality strategy, drive automation at scale, and partner closely with product, engineering, and international stakeholders to ensure every release meets a high bar for reliability and confidence. You will play a key role in shaping how quality is built, measured, and continuously improved across the organization, with growing adoption of automation-first and AI-assisted testing practices. What You Will Do
Own end-to-end QA strategy for enterprise SaaS products, from test planning to release readiness and post-release quality signals
Design and scale automation frameworks to maximize coverage, speed, and confidence across web, API, and performance testing
Lead hands-on automation using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, and JMeter, while pragmatically evaluating new tools when needed
Introduce and operationalize AI-assisted testing (e.g. test case generation, regression prioritization, anomaly detection, defect pattern analysis) to improve efficiency and risk coverage
Act as a quality partner to Product and Engineering, influencing architecture, requirements, and release decisions early in the development lifecycle
Coach and mentor QA engineers, setting technical standards, reviewing test design, and raising the overall quality maturity of the team
Present quality insights, risks, and release readiness in English to foreign stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Champion continuous improvement in QA processes, metrics, and tooling across teams
What Weβre Looking For
7+ years of QA experience, with proven ownership of QA strategy for complex, enterprise-scale SaaS systems
Strong hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, JMeter or equivalent)
Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases, enabling deep and effective testing
Practical experience or strong interest in AI-assisted testing and applying it meaningfully in real QA workflows
Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and elevate less experienced QA engineers
