Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tester with strong hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM implementations and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating configurations, customizations, integrations, and enhancements across ServiceNow modules while ensuring high-quality releases and minimal production defects.
Experience in CMDB validation and data integrity testing will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Regression Testing
Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements Validate ITSM workflows including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Design and execute test cases based on BRD/FRD and user stories Perform regression testing during upgrades and patch releases
Automated Testing (ATF - Mandatory)
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework Build reusable test steps and test suites Integrate ATF into CI/CD pipelines where applicable Analyze failures and ensure stability of automated scripts
ITSM Module Testing (Mandatory)
Strong Hands-on Validation Experience In
