Lead a team of testers and coordinate testing activities across multiple Credit Risk projects; ensure on-time delivery against business requirements.
Define and execute testing governance: test approach, plans, traceability, visibility, and control; manage regression cycles for each release.
Collaborate with stakeholders (automation engineers, product owners, support teams) to clarify requirements, improve automation coverage, and ensure timely test data loads in test environments.

Must-have skills

Prior Test Lead experience with Oracle backend and SAS testing (automation and manual).
Proven ability to lead testers across multiple projects, plan testing activities, and deliver per business requirements.
Strong planning, traceability, and reporting; experience with regression testing and coordinating test data loads.

Nice-to-haves

Experience in Credit Risk use cases or banking domain; exposure to test automation improvements; familiarity with Big 4 client environments.
Comfort working in a hybrid/part-time remote setup on a 6-month contract.

About the role

A SAS Test Lead is needed for one of their Big 4 banking clients, to perform testing activities across the Credit Risk project.

Required Skills

Test Lead with experience in Oracle backend/ SAS Testing with an exposure to Automation & Manual Testing.
Experience in leading team of Testers and contribute for multiple projects in parallel.
Coordinate with all the stakeholders and plan the Testing activities in line with the Program.
Execute and ensure delivery of testing as part of the Credit Risk use case projects
Ensure visibility, traceability, and control of the testing process to deliver as per the business requirements
Deliver test approach, test plans, test cases, test scheduling, test completion reports, execution of test cases and ensuring the standards are strictly met throughout the delivery phases
Effectively plan and monitor the regression cycles for every release.
Closely work with test automation engineers and test leads to have continuous improvements on the automation coverage for regression test cases
Closely work with Product Owners to ensure the test requirements are clear.
Coordinate with support team and ensure Test Data loads are on time in Test environments.
