Who We're Looking For This isn't a developer role. We're looking for a hands-on Integration & Automation Engineer who knows how to connect platforms, orchestrate workflows, and eliminate manual work - without writing an entire codebase from scratch. If you've spent years inside tools like n8n, GoHighLevel, Make, RetellAI, Blooio, Zapier or similar - building reliable pipelines between CRMs, APIs, and AI services - you'll feel right at home here. You think in workflows, you spot inefficiencies before anyone else, and you get real satisfaction from watching a process run end-to-end without a single human touch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows connecting platforms like GoHighLevel (GHL), Blooio, n8n, RetellAI, Apollo, Supbase, Make, Zapier and various SaaS tools
Integrate third-party APIs (REST/GraphQL/webhooks) to enable seamless real-time data sync across the business
Configure and manage AI-powered automations - connecting tools like OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar to your workflow pipelines
Map and transform data between systems (JSON, XML, CSV) to ensure clean, reliable flows
Monitor active integrations, quickly diagnose failures, and implement fixes before they escalate
Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for every integration you build or own
Proactively identify manual processes that can be automated and propose solutions
Collaborate with operations, product, and project teams to translate business needs into automated systems
WHAT YOU BRING Must-Have
3-4 years of hands-on experience in system integration, workflow automation, or a similar technical role
Proven track record working with automation platforms such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier or similar tools
Experience with RetellAI, Blooio or similar tools.
Experience configuring and working inside GoHighLevel (GHL) or comparable CRM/marketing platforms
Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, and API authentication protocols
Comfortable reading, mapping, and transforming data in JSON, XML, and CSV formats
Experience integrating AI tools and services (OpenAI API, Claude API or similar) into automated workflows
Ability to write light scripts or logic in Python, JavaScript, or similar when no-code tools fall short
Strong troubleshooting instincts - you don't just fix errors, you understand why they happened
Excellent documentation habits and clear written communication
Nice to Have
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure) at an integration level
Exposure to CRM, ERP or payment gateway integrations
Understanding of event-driven architectures or messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Experience in a SaaS or digital-first startup environment
