• Our client, within the IT Business Systems division, is looking for Intermediate QA Testers to strengthen their quality assurance capability. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions that support core business operations.
• As part of a structured SDLC and Agile-driven environment, you will be responsible for end-to-end manual testing — from requirement analysis and test planning to defect management, release readiness, and post-implementation validation. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure business continuity and system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis (BRD/FSD reviews) and identify testable requirements
• Develop detailed test scenarios and test cases aligned to business needs
• Execute manual test cases across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases
• Log, track, and retest defects with clear documentation and reproduction steps
• Prepare and maintain regression packs and test documentation
• Contribute to go/no-go release decisions and support sign-off processes
• Perform post-implementation validation, smoke, and sanity testing
• Provide hypercare support and validate production incidents or patches
• Participate in retrospectives and suggest QA process improvements

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (non-negotiable)

Experience

• 2–5 years’ experience in software testing across multiple applications
• Experience testing ERP or core business systems
