Role & seniority: Test Manager (senior/lead level) at JYSK Head Office, Aarhus, Denmark; on-site with leadership responsibilities.
Stack/tools: Quality engineering frameworks and test methodologies; SAFe/Agile Release Trains (ARTs); shift-left testing; QA metrics and reporting; test planning, risk assessment, and lifecycle governance.
Set direction for quality engineering within the ART and align with a broader QA initiative.
Establish a structured, shift-left test approach and plan/estimate testing efforts.
Monitor/test activities, conduct risk assessments, define test strategies, and report quality metrics.
Experience leading QA across multiple agile teams in a SAFe setup.
Ability to advise ARTs on quality engineering practices; strong stakeholder communication.
Solid knowledge of test methodologies and experience supporting test engineers and developers.
Leadership and coaching capabilities; experience driving organisation-wide QA initiatives.
Ability to influence quality culture and contribute to IT modernisation efforts.
Location & work type: On-site role at JYSK Head Office, Aarhus, Denmark; occasional travel required.
