Top 3 responsibilities

Develop, improve, and regularly review the Quality Management System (QMS) and conduct supplier performance reviews
Define, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions; analyze supplier nonconformities and manage 8D processes
Regularly audit and review supplier quality management systems; participate in supplier validations as needed; monitor SIM 2 production meetings and take immediate actions when required

Must-have skills

Engineering degree (technical, electrical, or quality)
≥3 years of supplier quality engineering experience
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing; active English (intermediate) written and spoken
Supplier audit experience; measurement system analysis; SAP proficiency
Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-haves

Specific knowledge: 8D reports, FMEA, PCP, Lean guidelines, MSA, PPAP, IATF 16949

Location: Schneider Electric’s Dunavecse smart factory, near the M6–M8 junction (Pentele Bridge)

Full Description

Supplier Quality Engineer Csatlakozz szakemberekből álló közösségünkhöz Minőségügyi területen. A Schneider Electric legújabb dunavecsei okos gyárának Quality csapatába keresünk tapasztalat Beszállítói minőségügyi mérnököt. Gyárunk az M6-M8 csomoponttól (Pentele- híd) két percre található.

Feladataid lesznek

· A minőségirányítási rendszer (QMS) kidolgozása, fejlesztése és rendszeres felülvizsgálata
· Rendszeres kapcsolattartás a beszállítókkal a teljesítmény értékeléséről.
· Javító és megelőző intézkedések meghatározása és nyomonkövetése
· Elemezni a beszállítói nem-megfelelőségeket, nyomon követni a 8D folyamatokat
· A beszállító minőségirányítási rendszerének rendszeres felülvizsgálata, auditálása
· Szükség esetén új beszállítók validálásában való részvétel.
· Napi szinten követni a SIM 2 termelési üléseket, szükség esetén azonnali intézkedéseket hozni

· Beszállítói minőségügyi területen szerzett legalább 3 éves releváns tapasztalat
· Lean gyártás ismerete
· Középfokú aktív angol nyelvtudás írásban és szóban
· Beszállítói audit tapasztalat
· Mérőrendszer elemzés tapasztalat
