Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Engineer (1–2+ years experience); combined QA & Customer Success focus; individual contributor within a collaborative product team.
Stack/tools: Selenium WebDriver; test management software; version control (Git/Mercurial); Jira (or similar); agile experience; English communication.
Write, document, and execute test plans from requirements; design test campaigns and reproduce/analyze defects; report issues and track in bug databases.
Collaborate with development and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet quality standards; raise alerts for critical risks.
Act as a customer-facing representative: onboard and support customers, collect and analyze feedback, test post-release features, and prepare materials for demos/manuals.
1–2 years QA experience; strong attention to detail; ability to work autonomously and in a team; solid English communication (written and verbal); on-call availability for US hours.
Knowledge of web/mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver); experience with test management and bug tracking; basic programming/testing scripting.
Agile development familiarity; experience with Jira; experience with Git or Mercurial; prior Customer Success/English-call center exposure; customer onboarding/content creation.

Scope of work:
