5+ years leading large-scale task forces; 10+ years in electronics product quality.

Collaborate with internal counterparts, engineering teams and suppliers to monitor performance, resolve technical issues and drive technical improvements. Sustaining Management: Receive the product after introduction and control quality from growth to end of life product lifecycle phases.
Quality Risk management: Effectively manage quality issues and risks by containing, mitigating, and resolving top-quality issues affecting global data centers.
Supplier Quality Management & Control: Implement a robust supplier quality management strategy to ensure the highest quality standards in data center hardware manufacturing.

Qualifications
Reliability Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
