Quality Engineer We are a PCBA (printed circuit board assembly) and box build manufacturer. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that our printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering and production teams to implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance plans for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) processes. Conduct regular inspections and audits of PCBA production to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes. Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, particularly in the field of printed circuit board assembly (PCBA). Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools. Experience with testing procedures and standards related to PCBAs is a plus.
