Job DetailsJob Location: Southampton - Southampton, PA 18966Position Type: Full TimeSUMMARY: The QA worker conducts quality assurance and improvement activities within the Permanency Department, this includes utilization review, monitoring and reviewing data in order to support quality initiatives, outcomes reporting support, data reports. The QA worker participates in various meetings within the department in order to promote quality, compliance and outcome goals support as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provides oversite of the permanency program satisfaction survey data and results for permanency programs. Generates and distributes regular reports on satisfaction survey results. Provides oversite to visitation programs required hours tracking and data collection for monthly reports. Provides support to RPS/FC program in reviewing resource home household members for accuracy and completion of required clearances. Ensure Binti record is up to date. Communicates to RPS staff regarding needs for household member clearances. Provides support and direction to the permanency supervisory team in regards to inspection preparation and quality assurance activities. Provides quality assurance review of the initial home visit spreadsheet, medical and dental records received and monthly note submissions to county agencies for the RPS/Foster care program. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services is required Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well; good oral and written communication skills (English) Strong knowledge of government regulations is required. Must possess valid and timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances that meet all regulatory requirements. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and the ability to learn and effectively operate other software packages as needed is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Human Service related field is preferred 2 or more years experience working in Human Services field or human services quality assurance position is preferred. 3 or more years of previous Bethanna experience is preferred
