Job Summary
We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to support enterprise automation initiatives with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and system integrations. This role designs, builds, and integrates automation solutions using established RPA platforms while enabling advanced capabilities through Azure AI and/or Google Vertex AI where appropriate. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, automation developers, and AI platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and well-integrated solutions. With guidance, the engineer recommends solution approaches and provides technical direction across the development lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and implementation, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs and deliver measurable outcomes. Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet established SLAs and maintain operational stability. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate automation solutions with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and databases. Communicate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical audiences; facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, security policies, and change management practices. Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes that meet defined requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget. Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively. Evaluate the feasibility of business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable automation solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve solution design.
