Paramount Tech is hiring an Automation Anywhere Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360. This role is pivotal in transforming business processes through intelligent automation while working closely with business, AI, and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and related tools.
Integrate automation workflows with enterprise platforms such as Oracle HR, Microsoft Office Apps, REST APIs and internal systems.
Develop reusable automation components, templates, and frameworks for faster solution delivery.
Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring within Control Room environments.
Continuously optimize and enhance existing automations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Partner with AI and orchestration teams to embed cognitive and intelligent decision-making into automation workflows.
Over 3 years of hands-on experience developing automations with Automation Anywhere A360.
Strong proficiency in Python, VBScript, or SQL scripting for automation logic and data integration.
Solid understanding of process design, testing methodologies, and automation lifecycle management.
Experience developing APIs, connectors, or microservices for enterprise automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and environment-as-code practices.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations within RPA solutions or workflow orchestration.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Hiring Salary Range: $140,000.00 - 170,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
