Role & seniority: Automation Engineer (mid- to senior-level), part of Operations Enablement & Automation.
Stack/tools: Automation Anywhere A360; scripting in Python, Java, or C#; SQL; API/web service integration; RPA element locators; documentation tooling.
Design, build, test, and maintain automations of moderate complexity using Automation Anywhere A360.
Translate requirements into scalable automation solutions; identify process improvements; estimate work and plan delivery.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance automations; create clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
7–9 years in programming concepts, workflow logic, or automation of complex processes.
Strong hands-on Automation Anywhere (A360) experience.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#; SQL for data handling; API/web service integration.
Ability to define dynamic web element locators for RPA; solid analytical/problem-solving skills.
Experience with cross-functional project ownership and clear communication.
Experience in project management or delivering in cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder collaboration and influencing skills.
On-site at U.S. Bank (Elavon) location for 3+ days per week.
Flexible schedule with core hours 5pm–9pm Polish time (10am–2pm CST) to coordinate with US-based teams.
