Job Description About the Team Our Operations Enablement & Automation team partners closely with Operations Services (OS) to modernize and streamline end‑to‑end business processes. We combine strategic consulting, process discovery, and hands‑on automation delivery to help our business scale efficiently. As an Automation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work. You’ll analyze processes, design high‑quality automations using Automation Anywhere A360, and support solutions throughout their full lifecycle — from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and long‑term maintenance. This is a highly collaborative, fast‑moving environment where your work directly impacts productivity and customer experience. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Design, build, test, and maintain automations of moderate complexity using Automation Anywhere A360. Review business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable automation solutions. Recommend technical approaches and identify opportunities for process improvement. Estimate work, plan tasks, and contribute to delivery timelines. Troubleshoot issues, optimize existing automations, and implement enhancements. Create clear, user‑friendly documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7–9 years of experience in programming concepts, workflow logic, or automation of complex business processes. Preferred Skills & Experience We’d love to hear from you if you have: Strong hands‑on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) — required. Scripting experience in Python, Java, or C#. Familiarity with SQL for data handling and analysis. Experience integrating automations with APIs and web services. Ability to define dynamic web element locators for RPA interactions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience managing projects or taking ownership of deliverables in cross‑functional teams. On 2 days per week, we ask for availability during core hours 5pm–9pm Polish time (10am–2pm CST) to collaborate with US‑based teams.
