Job Description
We are seeking two Quality Engineers to support end-to-end product development, from initial engineering data packages through prototyping and into full production. This role focuses on evaluating electronic designs, identifying inspection and improvement needs, and ensuring production readiness. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience supporting product development from concept through scale.
Responsibilities
Review and translate engineering data packages to understand inspection requirements, component functionality, and opportunities for improvement. Support electronic device development from paper design through prototyping and production phase. Drive production readiness by assessing design risks and converting them into stable, sustainable processes before scaling. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PCBA / circuit cards, sensors, electronic and electromechanical components. Provide technical input and quality oversight during development and early manufacturing. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs meet quality standards and manufacturability.
Essential Skills
Experience with PCBA and circuit boards. Knowledge of sensors and electronic/mechanical components. Proficiency with IPC 610 standards and J standard 01.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
