Review games and produce structured review reports following defined steps
Report errors/bugs to game creators with precise, detailed information
Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge; collaborate across teams; identify process improvements
Advanced English communication (written and verbal)

Strong computer/software skills (web, APIs, dev tools)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing games and making review report by following exact steps. Providing help for game creators in form of reports about errors and bugs that needs to be fixed. Making sure to provide accurate info with enough details and proper explanation. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients. Collaborating with team members and other departments in order to provide best possible service. Seeking opportunities to improve service processes and procedures. Constantly checking channels of communication to stay updated about new procedures.
Qualifications
Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, knowing terms and expressions in programming is a must. You are a team player opened for suggestions how to improve your work. Discipline and responsibility to follow strict testing patterns. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new software quickly. Excellent computer skills based on software, web, APIs, Chrome dev tools etc. Strong communication skills, you are able to share your knowledge and explain to others. Ability to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
Desirable Skills
IT-focused education: programming, software development, computer science. Previous experience at similar or software QA jobs. Deep understanding of Casino games and mechanics behind. Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, GitHub. Ability to think outside of the box.
