Mode: Hybrid Responsibilities Provide real-time remote troubleshooting for machines operating at customer sites. Diagnose PLC, HMI, drive, servo, and communication-related issues. Analyse machine breakdowns and resolve faults during live sessions. Guide onsite technicians step-by-step during fault resolution. Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent corrective actions. Minimize machine downtime through quick and structured problem-solving. Develop and modify PLC control logics. Update and create new HMI screens and user interfaces. Develop and configure SCADA systems. Implement machine logic improvements and performance enhancements.
Requirements Diploma of Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Mechatronics and related field. Mandatory Proficiency in multi-PLC programming and experience in designing complex control algorithms. PLC: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta etc. Hands on Experience in Simatic Manager, TIA portal, Studiologic 5000, SysmacStudio, GxWorks2, IPsoft Minimum 10+ years of experience in SPM (Special purpose Machine), OEM Machinery and Process automation systems. Strong proficiency in HMI and SCADA programming and integration. Familiarity with different sensors, actuators, and instrumentation used in industrial automation Understanding and configuration of various communication protocols used in industrial automation (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, CAN etc.). Proficiency with electrical design principles and experience using software like AutoCAD Electric and EPLAN. Strong understanding of electrical control panels and schematics.
