Develop, commission and validate test benches/systems from concept to operation for civilian and military use
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair existing test systems; perform root cause analyses and implement corrective/preventive actions
Define and maintain technical documentation; collaborate with R&D, manufacturing and QA to integrate test requirements into development processes
Must-have skills
Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation or related field
Experience in engineering, especially in development and design of technical systems
Strong technical understanding of building and operating test systems
Team-oriented, responsible, high willingness to learn
Proficient in German and English
Nice-to-haves
Experience with integration of hardware/software test environments
Familiarity with industry standards and safety/regulatory practices beyond basics
Ability to work across R&D, production and quality functions
