The QA Lead for ACMP is a quality leadership role responsible for driving consistent quality standards, practices, and metrics across one ACMP SaaS platform consisting of multiple cross-functional development teams (typically 3–4 teams). The role operates above individual teams, acting as a connector, coordinator, and quality strategist between Development, Product, and Management. The QA Lead ensures that quality is built into the development process, not treated as a final testing phase, and actively drives a shared quality culture across the platform. The QA Lead is not a full-time hands-on tester. Hands-on testing may happen in rare or critical cases, but the primary focus is enablement, prioritization, alignment, and transparency of quality.
