Job Description
Live Event and Content Testing: Actively test and verify the functionality and quality of new in-game events, features, and content configurations before they are released to the public.
Bug Identification and Reporting: Meticulously play the game to identify bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies (functional, graphical, audio, performance, etc.), and document them in detail using bug tracking software.
Regression Testing: Re-test resolved issues to ensure that bug fixes are effective and do not introduce new problems into the live game environment.
Monitoring Live Performance: Monitor community and player behavior to proactively identify high-potential issues and ensure the game is running smoothly in a live environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and customer service, to communicate findings and align on testing priorities and solutions.
Documentation and Test Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to evaluate game features, systems, and mechanics thoroughly.
User Experience (UX) Feedback: Assess gameplay from a player's perspective to pinpoint areas of potential frustration and suggest improvements to enhance player satisfaction and retention.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all game content, activities, and operations comply with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
Job Requirements

Awareness of player behaviors, market trends, and product innovation within the gaming industry. Knowledge of game analytics, monetization systems, or live operations.
