Job Summary: The Verification Officer is responsible for supporting sales, solidifying the sale, and ensuring accuracy and completion of all documents while staying in compliance with our Company’s policies, business rules and State requirements. Responsibilities and Duties: Answer any questions related to the sales transaction, benefits of the program and/or closing documents Notarize and verify documents ensuring all applications, forms and necessary documents are submitted and completed accurately Review and organize documents for signature and initials for contract processing Ability to explain the benefits of the product, maintenance and taxes of Club Exploria and Marketplace Welcome owners/members and review documents in a quick and timely manner Answer and clarify any owner/member questions and overcome any objections while closing Ensure the owners/members leave with a complete understanding of the product they have purchased and are completely satisfied Serve as the primary point of contact during the rescission period Maintain and work pending deals with follow up calls and obtain new credit card information, if necessary Handle and work all cancellation letters and assist the sales team in saving the sale Assist owners with any questions or concerns via phone, email or direct contact Act as the liaison between owners and Member Services, Contracts Department, Financial Services and/or Sales Department QualificationsQualifications and Skills: Timeshare experience highly preferred Basic computer skills to input information into company software High school diploma or equivalent Notary License highly preferred Competencies: Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills Must be punctual and dependable Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Detail oriented Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes Able to use sound judgment Strong work ethic and a high energy level Excellent customer skills Ability to multi-task
