Full Description

As a Quality Assurance Professional (IC1) within the Finergy team, you will ensure our BFSI applications meet the highest functional standards through rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate releases, document testing outcomes, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a dynamic, domain-focused technology environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

  • 4–8 years’ relevant experience in software testing.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements to define test scope and scenarios.
  • Proven ability to create, maintain, and execute test cases and UAT documentation.
  • Hands-on experience validating complex business processes via functional testing.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including testing across multiple tables/views.
  • Proficient with defect tracking and reporting tools (preferably JIRA).
  • Experience supporting release cycles, sign-offs, and deployment verification.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience testing in the capital markets domain.
  • Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern testing environments.
