Role & seniority: Control Sales Engineer, mid- to senior-level, ANZ regional scope
Stack/tools: Building Management Systems (BMS); HVAC/central plant; connected services; familiarity with Tridium/Trend/Tracer preferred; quotations, estimation templates, reporting tools
Manage and fulfill control projects from initiation to completion, including programming, commissioning, installation coordination, issue resolution, and documentation
Provide timely control estimations and quotations; maintain estimation/quotation templates; tailor responses for Service Sales and Product Sales teams
Provide technical support to technicians and sales/service teams; manage connected services, generate performance reports, analyze data for improvements; act as primary customer contact for control projects
5+ years in relevant industry; trade qualification; strong interpersonal and communication skills
Thorough understanding of HSE requirements; applied knowledge of BMS engineering and energy conservation
Hands-on BMS experience; technical competency in HVAC/central plant or energy solutions; familiarity with control products/devices
Experience with Tracer/Trend/Tridium software; ability to integrate connected services and report on performance; experience in ANZ regional controls teamwork
Location & work type: ANZ region; full-time role, with regional collaboration and travel as needed

Job Summary:
The Control Sales Engineer is responsible for fulfilling control projects, providing timely control estimation, preparing quotations, and supporting both the Service Sales and Product Sales teams. This role involves project managing and fulfilling control projects, providing technical support to technicians, assist SSE with control service agreement estimation, and managing and generating reports connected to services. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and support the sales team in achieving their targets.

Qualifications
Great interpersonal, written & oral communication skills 5 + years' experience in the relevant industry Trade Qualified in relevant trade Thorough understanding of HSE industry requirements Applied knowledge of BMS engineering principles and energy conservation measures Hands-on experience in building management systems Technical knowledge in HVAC and Central Plant or Energy Solutions environment High level of technical competency in BMS and related control products/devices.
