Lead the development of end-to-end automation test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and other modern tools. Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright (web), and Appium (mobile). Translate product requirements into structured test plans using BDD methodologies (Gherkin, Cucumber). Conduct end-to-end, regression, performance, and exploratory testing across UI, API, and microservices. Define API contracts with developers and validate using Postman, REST Assured Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and Kanban rituals to review WIP metrics, prioritize tasks, and maintain delivery flow. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines). Track and report test execution metrics using tools like TestRail, Jira, Hatica, and Actionable Agile. Troubleshoot test failures, debug code issues, and maintain clean, reusable automation libraries. Actively contribute to peer reviews, test planning, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance quality culture.

You will be reporting to the Manager I, Quality Engineering.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in automation and framework design. Experience with Selenium or Playwright, or Appium, and BDD frameworks using Gherkin/Cucumber. Hands-on with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured. Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and repositories on Bitbucket, Azure, or GitLab. Proficient in cross-browser testing and mobile test automation. Demonstrated ability to write expressive and maintainable test scripts. Strong understanding of Agile testing practices, test pyramid, and shift-left testing.
Preferred Qualification
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or k6. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Bitbucket Pipelines). Experience with cloud-based testing tools like BrowserStack or LambdaTest. Prior experience in FinTech, eCommerce, SaaS, or HealthTech domains.
