HR Services Senior Associate – Training, Quality & Metrics

Job Summary The Senior Associate, HR Services – Training, Quality & Metrics (TQM) plays a critical role in elevating the performance, capability, and service excellence of the HR Services organization. This role leads more complex training, quality, and analytics initiatives; develops high‑impact learning content; facilitates training for global audiences; ensures rigorous quality governance; and provides advanced insights that guide operational decision‑making. Responsibilities Training Development & Delivery Design, develop, and deliver complex and high‑impact training programs across HR Services and supported functions. Create comprehensive training materials, simulations, job aids, and eLearning content using instructional design best practices. Facilitate workshops, onboarding programs, certification pathways, and capability‑building sessions for HR Services teams. Partner with SMEs, COEs, and Learning Operations to ensure training is current, accurate, and aligned with global HR programs and systems. Quality Assurance & Audits Perform quality audits across HR Services processes and channels (cases, chats, calls, transactions). Identify systemic gaps, recurring errors, or inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions. Lead root‑cause analysis discussions and drive process standardization with global teams. Create and maintain rubrics, audit tools, governance checklists, and best‑practice documentation. Metrics & Dashboard Creation Develop, manage, and analyze complex dashboards and performance metrics to assess service delivery, quality, speed, and employee impact .Provide leaders with actionable insights on trends, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data narratives and visualizations. Monitor effectiveness of training and quality interventions via data‑driven evaluation. Continuous Improvement Initiatives Lead or co‑lead improvement initiatives using Lean, problem‑solving, and structured continuous improvement methodologies. Drive enhancements to HR processes, systems, and knowledge assets (e.g., MyHR, knowledge articles, SOPs). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during program launches, system updates, and global HR initiatives. Support change management efforts with communication planning and training readiness activities. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a key partner to HR Services team leads, People Partners, COEs, and Learning Operations. Build strong relationships with SMEs to ensure training and audit criteria reflect current processes. Communicate insights, recommendations, and updates effectively at all levels, including leadership audiences. Knowledge and Article Management Support KCS (Knowledge‑Centered Service) practices by reviewing, enhancing, and standardizing HR knowledge content. Ensure training materials, SOPs, and MyHR articles remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with employee needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Min of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training, quality assurance, and metrics analysis Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices Experience in developing and delivering training programs Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and data visualization tools Experience supporting global HR teams or COEs, and working in a matrixed environment. Creation of Training Materials and Training Delivery. Any certification in Training and Development is a plus.
