Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Test & Commissioning, other departmental experts, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure optimal test coverage. Optimize the allocation of tests between in-house and on-site testing, favoring the former to increase efficiency and coverage. Manage documentary verification activities and organize related reviews. Monitor V&V activities executed by other departments and ensure the implementation of test benches and analysis tools as needed. Ensure compliance with internal processes, applicable standards, and methodologies, requesting deviations when necessary. Define the Requirement Validation Table (RVT) to demonstrate the validation of technical requirements. Represent the company in front of customers, partners, and auditors, presenting an overview of the testing strategy, progress, issues, risks, and opportunities. Lead and manage the V&V Team, ensuring their deliverables are provided on time and independent from design. Ensure test compliance with safety requirements in cooperation with the Safety Assurance Manager. Select and manage subcontractors for external testing activities.
