Nuitée is building the API infrastructure of the global travel industry — a scalable platform that enables OTAs, fintechs, banks, and super-apps to access hotel inventory in real time, with better pricing and coverage.

We’re trusted by major players like Google, Uber, Hopper, and Expedia, and backed by leaders from Airbnb, Meta, Hotelbeds, and Sabre. As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a QA Lead to own and evolve our quality assurance strategy across the product and engineering org.

🎯 Your Mission As QA Lead, you will be the first dedicated QA owner at Nuitée. This role is perfect for someone who thrives as a hands-on individual contributor (IC) and wants to lay the foundations for a best-in-class QA culture. You’ll define the strategy, build automation, and ensure the reliability of our core platform.

🛠️ Over the mid-term, you’ll take on team management responsibilities as we grow our QA function — mentoring, hiring, and leading QA engineers across squads.

🔑 Key Responsibilities Define and lead the QA strategy across our API platform and partner integrations. Design and implement automated test frameworks (API, regression, load testing, etc.). Own and execute test plans, cases, and documentation for product releases and deployments. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed quality into every stage of development. Monitor, report, and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated test coverage (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Act as an IC in the short term, but contribute to the growth of the QA function and build a team over time. Drive a quality-first culture across teams and processes.

✅ You’ll thrive in this role if you have

• 5+ years of experience in QA or test engineering, with a strong hands-on mindset.
• Proven experience in automated testing of APIs and backend systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, etc.
• Proficiency in test scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Solid understanding of agile development, SDLC, and QA best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus: Familiarity with travel tech, B2B platforms, or real-time integrations.

Bonus: Experience building or leading QA teams, even informally.
