• We're looking for an experienced QA Team Lead who will build the QA function from the ground up in our Platform department. This is a key role for our team, as we currently don’t have a dedicated QA function you'll be the first and lead the setup of processes, team, and strategy.
• You’ll define our quality standards, lead hiring, and champion best practices in both manual and automated testing. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, DevOps, and product teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of our services across complex distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Building and leading the QA team (manual + automation) within the Platform department.
• Defining and implementing full-cycle QA processes across all phases of the SDLC.
• Collaborating closely with engineering, DevOps, architects, and product teams.
• Establishing and enforcing QA best practices, documentation standards, and quality KPIs.
