We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead (Russian speaking) for our Platform Department who will build the QA function from the ground up in our Platform department. This is a key role for our team, as we currently dont have a dedicated QA function you'll be the first and lead the setup of processes, team, and strategy. Youll define our quality standards, lead hiring, and champion best practices in both manual and automated testing. Youll work closely with developers, architects, DevOps, and product teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of our services across complex distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Building and leading the QA team (manual + automation) within the Platform department.
• Defining and implementing full-cycle QA processes across all phases of the SDLC.
• Collaborating closely with engineering, DevOps, architects, and product teams.
