Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales for RF Test Equipment to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of RF technologies and a proven track record in sales management, specifically in the test equipment sector.
The director of Sales, U.S. & Canada is responsible for managing the U.S. Territory Managers, Manufacturer's reps in Northern California and Canada, and the Business Development Representatives to meet the company's established bookings goals. In addition to managing the U.S. Sales team, the Director of Sales, U.S. & Canada will also manage their own US territory as a territory manager.
Key Responsibilities Manage US Territory Managers. Train and coach staff to meet their territory bookings goals Manage Business Development Representatives.
