Role & seniority: QA Analyst / QA Automation Engineer (5+ years experience)

Design and implement tests, develop test plans and test cases, and execute manual tests
Identify, document, and track defects to resolution; perform regression testing
Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams; maintain test documentation; suggest QA process improvements
5+ years in QA (Analyst or Automation) with solid QA methodologies
Strong attention to detail; analytical/problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium a plus); familiarity with Agile and regression testing
Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual English/French
Automation testing tools experience beyond Selenium
Experience with JIRA

Industry: Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Description o Responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions o Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and specifications o Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases ensuring coverage of all functional and non functional requirements o Execute manual tests to ensure the product meets intended specifications o Identify document and track bugs through to resolution using JIRA o Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved o Analyze test results to discover and report on defects and inconsistencies o Work with cross functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle o Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans test cases and test scripts o Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to QA processes and methodologies
Requirements o Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or QA Analyst with strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools o Minimum 5 years experience o Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem solving skills o Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously o Experience with automated testing tools is an asset for example Selenium o Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is an asset o Strong communication skills written and verbal o Bilingual English French
