Are you a fresh graduate who enjoys turning ideas into working solutions? Do you like solving problems, learning new technologies and seeing your work used in real products? If yes, this role is design for you. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven and motivated new graduates who has passion in software & hardware development, test technology and automation. You will develop test application for various electronics PCBA modules. 12-months training program (contract term) with opportunity to be offered permanent posting as Engineer upon completion of program with remarkable assessment.

Your tasks

Learn how test applications are designed, developed and used in real manufacturing and engineering environments. Work closely with experienced engineers and international teams on daily basis to work for HW & SW packages (depending on the task assignments) and resolve technical challenges. Gain hands-on experience in software development, test automation, test methodology, debugging and system integration. Develop both technical skills and professional competencies through structured training and mentoring. See your work make a real impact on product quality. Participate, contribute or assist on schematic review in design for testing & test agreement discussion. Collaborate with Research & Development (R&D), Operations and Service to determine T&M requirement, test parameter, test concept & test method and translate into wiring diagram. Participate in PCBA Test Fixture concept for the project in term of Mechanical and Electrical requirement and discuss with supplier for 3D design and fixture assembly buy off. Finalized test Fixture’s BOM fulfilled all the specification for the project. Contribute and develop an automatic test sequence for testing electronic PCBA modules within the given timeline with the guide of experience SW engineer. Perform validation on test fixtures to ensure the quality of the supplier follows the standard. Participate in investigation, diagnose and resolve issues during test integration level with the guide of experience HW or SW engineer. Assist in root-cause analysis. Verify test application at integration phase and transferring them into production to smooth test operations. Proactively support test solution during product lifecycle in production for 2nd level TAD troubleshooting in SW and HW related.

Your Qualifications

Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, communications engineering, high-frequency engineering or computer engineering. Knowledge of test/measurement technology for digital, mixed-signal, and high-frequency PCBAs desirable. Knowledgeable in schematic of analog and digital circuit. Programming knowledge in C# or Python. Good command of written and spoken English. Self-motivated and result oriented, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and independent.
