Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Perform code reviews and enforce best practices for automation standards. Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring stability and scalability of test suites. Work closely with Duck Creek Suite modules (Policy, Billing, Claims) to validate configurations and customizations. Prepare test reports, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
