Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to lead the testing and quality assurance efforts for our products. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring overall quality of the product. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy that encompasses all aspects of the product, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Work closely with the development team to integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle, ensuring that quality is considered at all stages. Oversee the selection and implementation of testing tools and technologies. Analyze test results, identify and report defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Continuously assess and improve testing processes and practices to enhance product quality and team efficiency. Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry’s best practices.

Required Qualifications

2-6 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of any automation/performance or security testing tool is an added advantage. Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and their impact on the QA process. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work closely with the development team to integrate QA processes into the software development life cycle, ensuring that quality is considered at all stages.
