We are looking for a team member who can analyze quality issues within after-sales processes, clearly define problems, and ensure proper technical and organizational alignment to support effective resolution. This role works closely with Aftersales teams to accurately capture the Voice of Customer (VOC), perform initial quality and technical analysis, conduct issue triage, and route validated topics to the relevant engineering teams. Beyond issue routing, the role is responsible for ensuring robust problem definition, applying structured quality methodologies, and driving effective root cause analysis to support sustainable engineering solutions.

What we are looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or related disciplines) Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Field Quality, Aftersales Quality, or Manufacturing Quality Strong knowledge of structured problem‑solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA) Experience in handling customer complaints, Voice of Customer (VOC), and field quality issues Ability to perform initial technical analysis and issue triage before escalation to engineering teams Solid understanding of engineering change processes and cross‑functional quality workflows Experience working with PQR, NCR, warranty, or similar quality tracking systems is an advantage Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret field data and identify recurring issues and trends Effective communication skills to interface with Aftersales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory Willingness to work in a field‑oriented, cross‑functional environment
